Overview
All payments made to Catalab Solutions LLP for any ClearBid product or service are non-refundable. This policy applies without exception across all products and services offered under ClearBid, as set out below.
Product & Service Refund Terms

| GeM Onboarding Service | ₹2,499 + GST (one-time) | Non-refundable. This includes cases where GeM portal approval is delayed or denied for reasons outside ClearBid’s control. ClearBid’s obligation is limited to submitting a complete registration application to the GeM portal within two working days of receiving all required documents from the customer. |
| Tender Intelligence Subscription | ₹4,999 + GST (3 months) ₹7,999 + GST (6 months) | Non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of the subscription period upon early cancellation or non-renewal. There is no free trial. |
| Proposal Expert Service | Starting at ₹4,999 + taxes (per tender; final price communicated before payment) | Non-refundable. This includes cases where the tender submission is rejected, disqualified, or unsuccessful for any reason. Non-refundable where the engagement is initiated with less than three working days before the tender deadline. |
| SaaS Platform (Explorer / Scale / Growth Plans) | ₹499–₹11,999 + GST per month | Non-refundable. Unused Credits and any unused portion of the monthly billing period are not refunded upon cancellation, plan downgrade, or account closure. |
General Terms
| Payment Processing | All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Catalab does not store card or banking credentials. |
| GST | GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is charged in addition to all prices listed above and is non-refundable under any circumstances. |
| Account Credits | Catalab may, at its sole discretion, issue non-transferable account credits (not cash refunds) in cases of verified platform-side errors. Credits have no cash value. |

Terms
This Refund Policy forms part of ClearBid’s Terms of Service (available at clearbid.in). In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Catalab Solutions LLP reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with notice to registered Users as described in the Terms of Service.
